These individuals represent a high level of international expertise in ECD in developing countries. Many participated as instructors or facilitators in earlier international ECD Seminars (1994-1998), several participated in an initial ECDVU planning meeting in April 2000, and some have been instructors in an ECDVU delivery. As the ECDVU has evolved, an increasing number of Regional Specialists have supported and advised the program, and a number of them have served as faculty for the program.
